1. Remake Policy

Eligibility for Remake:

A remake will be provided at no charge only if Avant Dental Arts has made a mistake in the fabrication of the dental restoration. This includes errors in following the provided design specifications, material defects, or incorrect shade matching.

To qualify for a remake, the original restoration must be returned to Avant Dental Arts within 30 days of receipt, along with a detailed explanation of the issue and the original work order.

Non-Eligibility for Remake:

No remake will be provided if the restoration was fabricated correctly based on the original specifications provided by the dentist but was not suitable due to reasons outside our control, such as incorrect impressions, insufficient patient data, or changes in treatment plans after the restoration was fabricated.

Additional charges will apply for any remakes requested due to reasons not related to an error on the part of Avant Dental Arts.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Full Reimbursement:

A full reimbursement will be provided only if Avant Dental Arts made an error in the fabrication of the restoration, and a remake is not a viable solution. In such cases, the restoration must be returned within 30 days of receipt, and a detailed explanation of the issue must be provided.

Non-Eligibility for Reimbursement:

No reimbursement will be provided if the restoration was fabricated according to the specifications provided and meets the quality standards of Avant Dental Arts.

Reimbursement requests based on dissatisfaction with aesthetics or fit, where the restoration was fabricated correctly, will not be honored. Adjustments or remakes in these cases will be charged accordingly.

3. Return Process
